Sales declined by 34.5 per cent for Chestermere single family home sales

I was calculating some statistics for the monthly Chestermere Housing Market Newsletter this morning and found this to be interesting. November 2008 added 9 sales to the running total for the year. Up to now the total of homes sold in the community equals 217, a decrease of 34.5 per cent from the 313 homes sold by the end of November 2007.
